I am quite confused.. when is the election that has the council, etc on it? The one I got was governor and congress related.

Council and city position in November! State assembly and state senate general also in November. The one on this ballot is for the primaries.

Maga city council changed the rule that allowed them to put up signs earlier even if their election wasn't technically occurring yet

I hope he also represents Westminster with their "Charlie Kirk Way" street name. When is that city council up for reelection again?

No one banned the pride flag. ALL flags other than pow, state or country can no longer be flown at city buildings.
