One kid goes by Left Foot and the other one is Right Foot. Not sure who their parents are but that's who records these "random" battles.

These kids and their family have been doing videos for a long time. They are older now. You ca go to quite a few places in urban areas and see this level of dancing. I grew up dancing like this.
