Desktop ADMIN TOOLS DOES NOT SHOW

I started a sub (r/BrazilianCatholics) a while back,and then decided I wasn't ready for it and made it private. I am ready to start it now but I can't find the admtools to reset it to public.

I am the only admin on the sub, so I can't contact anyone else and I spent a whole afternoon trying to find help for it, all the answers in the forums and other subs didn't work. I am at a loss

I use Linux.

You are not an Admin. You are a Moderator. Admin is the name used for Reddit employees.
