Maybe this is the popular choice, I dont know, but I can't ever get over Annabeth and Lavon. I loved those characters together so much and the reason they broke up was so annoying.

I also do love George and Tansy.

Knowing they all don't end up together but still wishing they'll get back together before the end of the series.

I loved AB and Lavon, too! Lavon and Lemon really didn’t have any chemistry. They primarily had sadness and angsty scenes. AB and Lavon seemed like they genuinely liked and enjoyed each other. I really wish they had been end game for the show.

I actually preferred Lemon and George - but AFTER their breakup, lol. They had much more fun banter and passion from being angry at each other than they did in the beginning.

I think I might have liked them more if we had actually gotten a decent courtship/buildup to them as a couple. As it was, it felt like the writers put Zoe/Wade and Lemon/Lavon together and were like, “Ok, these two are left - stick them together and call it good.” I wish they had put some effort into them because both actors were great and easily could have made it work if they had been given the time and material needed.

I feel the same way 💯. We weren't given a chance with AB & George. It did seem like they were just thrown together and made it awkward. Which is sad because they've known each other for years, and both experienced different relationships, so ending up together is a good pairing- but there wasn't really any buildup. George was her best friends boyfriend for 15 years and there was no indication they were ever interested in one another. And after being together for a short time their already saying " I love you" when a few episodes before she was saying she was still in love with Levon...😅

I adore Annabeth and Lavon!! I think they had great chemistry and are both nice people who deserve each other. Also, AB would have made an excellent mayor’s spouse, the way she helped him with some of the fiascos that came up. Lemon is entertaining and all, but Lavon deserved much better than to end up with someone as selfish as her. Just my two cents.

I loved George and tansy. Very fun! Obviously Zoe and Wade!

I also liked AnnaBeth and George. It seemed they went through a lot and were both ready to find a stable supportive partner. I like to picture them together.

I never bought Annabeth and Lavon personally. They had great chemistry as friends, but the actress sold her lack of total commitment too well, so their romance fell short for me. Even her and George felt thrown together and forced. Hated George and Tansy together, because Tansy is kind of a psycho, and felt like she could become an abusive partner. Zoey and Wade had the most convincing chemistry for me, even though Wade gives me the ick sometimes. Lemon and Lavon were a cute, if not toxic pairing I guess. Dang, I'm trying to remember a couple on the show that I was 100% all in on, actually. Wanda and what's his name were totally made for each other. So that's something. I promise I do love this show 😅

I’m in a rewatch and I always loved Lavon and Annabeth. But as much as I enjoyed Zoe and Wade, I really love Zoe and Joel. They were both neurotic, he was supportive, and caring.

Brick and Shelby were so sweet. Lemon and the journalist were also an honorable mention.

Zoe e George, la coppia che molti avremo voluto vedere. George non mi è piaciuto con nessuna, aveva un feeling speciale con Zoe, le altre erano una forzatura un ripiego per non aver avuto Zoe. Annabeth poi ancora più assurdo. Cioè ti metti con la migliore amica della tua ex? 😂
