I did that. The JMac LAF-30 (Loud and Flashy). It makes three mushrooms of fire.

In the future you can use "gun(dot)deals" to search UPCs and there's a button where it will email you a list of all the prices below MAP.

Go to gun(dot)deals. (If I say the whole website the automod takes it down since it's an aggregator) Type in a UPC or whatever you're searching for. If it says MAP, click the letter icon and enter your email for them to email you the list of prices.

I think it's about the lowest dealers are allowed sell it for about a year now afaik. I know it normally comes with two mags, but I've only seen Atlantic offer the picatinny claw mount, cleaning kit, and sling

Generally speaking PTR is going to be the worst option of all for any roller delayed guns much in the same way DSA is for FALs. However, sometimes they are the only option so your take what you can get. Generally speaking PTRs function alright at least

Literally better off with a 300blk and I didn't think I'd ever say that about anything.
For the same barrel length, you're getting very similar effective range, .55/cpr vs 79/cpr, concussion and flash are going to be way worse with .308. Idk if vibes are enough to actually get this thing out of your safe.

Concussion and flash ARE the reason you get this out of the safe.
Also I don’t think anyone is claiming practicality with these but fwiw a 147gr .308 out of an 8” barrel is going to generate about the same muzzle energy as a 110gr vmax or a 124gr x39 out of a 16” barrel.

I'm saying 300blk occupies a space where juice isn't worth the squeeze, except when comparing it to goofy configurations like .308 out of an 8" barrel. That isn't controversial unless you're a 300blk fanatic trying to shoehorn it into unrealistic use cases.
