Ask r/guam 🤔 Beyond The Box

Want to hear any feedback from people who have purchased from Beyond The Box. How was the service? Any issues with product? Was price fair for you?

Products are definitely marked up higher than what you could find online. I always recommend doing research whether the convenience of getting the product right away is worth it.

In terms of customer service by employees, it's really poor. I've only gone a few times and the employees don't look up from their phones when you walk in or provide any assistance unless you request at the counter. I did inquire about some earphones asking about what are the difference with an older model and I was definitely fed some bs. I've looked into the product prior to coming in and the employee did not know what they were talking about. Instead of saying they were not sure or looking into it, I guess they decided to make things up on the spot.

Thank you for your feedback. I had a rather plesant interaction with one of the employees recently. I didn't know they sold new items...I was under the impression everything (as far as Apple products) were refurbished from the Philippines...but not so.
