Discussion Unit stacking vs eq stacking

I asked the question before of how stacking works on units and it was explained it stacks within the time limit you have to pull off your skill/arts/ta/sa again however with stacking equips a lot of them have a ct too long to stack more than once. So how does eq stack work is it just unlimited?

Normally 2 of the same equip won't stack with each other if it is not stated specifically. With emperor's TW, if a unit has 2 5* physical slots you could get 80% light dmg for 30s. Also they can also stack with similar dmg up sources. (You can also reduce the equip ct to force in another use of the same equip.)

could also use on BFemp with his SA cutting eq ct times in half of what it currently is
