Change of university

I got my admit in tudarmstad I came to Germany and it's been a week but I also got my admit in stutgart how can I change the university since the admit in stutgart is for winter what are the risks I am done with City registration also who should we inform and what are the safety precautions need to carry out to get the university changed

Apply for prior permission to change unis at the local Ausländerbehörde at the place of residence in Germany (after having done city registration and waited for an appointment at ABH).

After the permission was granted, you can unenroll at your current uni and enroll at the new one.
