Estée Lauder account issue?
I haven’t gotten anything from Topbox since The Great Estée Lauder Foundation Caper - anybody else in the same boat? I’m wondering if there is some glitch with my account and am considering starting a new one.

A ton of people got a small sample of the double wear foundation along with the task to write 3 or 4 reviews ( I forget how many that first round was but it was a few). Then a month later it showed up on our dashboards again asking for several more reviews. This happened like two more times, with weeks in between requests, most of us had used up the sample on the first round of reviews so you were lucky if you still had your photos or a copy of the review you wrote. I think the majority of the outrage stemmed from not knowing we should have held onto our photos and reviews ahead of time, which wouldn’t have been a big deal to just paste them into a new review site, but none of us expected that we would be repeatedly asked to submit additional reviews. It ended up being a ton of work for such a small sample.

It was the first time they asked for more reviews and then it got kind of amusing. Someone suggested they were taking off one star every time they asked for more reviews, which I thought was genius. 🤣

I haven’t gotten anything since the EL incident either even though I’ve filled out at least 50 surveys since then

I haven't gotten anything but when I got the small foundation I didn't bother completing the reviews so that's probably why lol

Are the accounts that aren’t getting anything the same accounts that didn’t submit the extra reviews?

I submitted all the reviews and have not received any new campaigns since. I honestly think our accounts are marked as if we didn’t finish the campaign.

I started after that and I haven’t gotten a single thing but fill out every survey. I think there’s just more demand in certain demographics maybe and we have a lot of competition. I’m mid 30s female, anyone else in that demographic not getting anything?

i never qualified for these EL foundation but since then (late feb/early march) i didn’t qualify for anything at all until this week! i would just try being patient & keep filling out surveys, they might be qualifying people in waves

I didn't even get the EL foundation, but I haven't gotten a single thing in 2026. I have been with TopBox for years and always got at least one thing per month from them, usually more. Idk what happened, but it's incredibly frustrating. I have always reviewed thoroughly and promptly.

I noticed when the Estee Lauder mini foundation campaign popped back up that it said It was "late", however, I submitted the original reviews on time, and I finished all additional reviews immediately. I have had many surveys since, but I haven't been approved for anything since.

Same boat. Was getting things pretty consistently from topbox but since the multiple EL sample and review thing, has been a dead zone for me. Ironically, got another survey last week about EL for the same foundation and I can’t believe they are still somehow farming for reviews on this product. You’d think they have a good baseline at this point.

Then why would it hurt you?! I saw some refused to do all the reviews and hopefully they were affected but if you did what was required you are good?

And guess what I got a survey for the other day?? The Estée Lauder foundation, but it said a full size.
