Im new to top box so idk if it’s normal but it’s weird that the people who received the product don’t have it on their dashboard. And the people who don’t have the product, do have it on listed on their account. Hope there wasn’t a mix up lol. I haven’t got it yet but I keep getting the emails.

that happens sometimes but honestly it’s not super often and usually it’s just people receiving the product without it being on their dashboard. I hope it wasn’t a mix up either that would be kinda sad

I received it last week but it’s not on my dashboard

I have the product but I am waiting for it to appear on my Dash. I emailed them and they said “Please allow for several business days for the mission to go live in your dashboard. Until then we will send you a reminder emails as to when to complete the mission once live. Let us know if you need any further assistance.” Which wasn’t super helpful. I will need to follow up again soon.
