General Question bongkrekic acid and cleaning?

Heyy i have a lot of food anxiety and a trigger a few years back was tremella (snow fungus) because i soaked it a few hours and was paranoid about bongkrekic acid... I'm trying to get over the fear to eat it again and I was wondering:

1) does washing the pot get rid of the toxin once created? I'm worried since it's heat safe there's no real way to get it off...

2) does it still get produced after the starch/tremella is cooked?

Thanks in advance !

You seem to be asking if something is safe to consume. This is a reminder to please include as much information as you can such as what the food is, how it was stored (refrigerator, freezer, room temp), when you got it, what the ingredients of the food are, and any other information that may help. This will help get you a accurate and faster answer.
