What is this in my Tuna tataki

The dish had these circular balls on the greens that doesn’t seem to be listed for the next ingredients. I’m wondering what this is? This was in Bar Harbor Maine.

Looks to be Coriander seeds. It's what grows cilantro. Probably listed as micro greens.

I'm guessing coriander seeds from the micro greens: sometimes they don't fully fall off when the seedling germinates.
