Is this chicken okay? Google search is inconclusive

When I googled this it said fat deposits or bacterial growth. I really dont want to throw this out or take it back to the store

Seconding bacteria and chicken is definitely not something to risk your health over (or your wallet if you live in America). They definitely need to take it back to the store for a refund or just toss ot out.
