Botulism contamination hypothetical
Sorry I have anxiety/OCD so if this seems irrational that's where this is coming from. I found a can with a bit of a leak in my bag of delivered groceries. I put the rest of the food away, but now I'm worried that it got contaminated from the damaged can (which I tossed). Can botulism spread in this way? If I touched other food after handling this can? Sorry if this seems over the top but I'm very concerned about feeding these foods to my family

You seem to be concerned about botulism. Remember, Botulism needs a low acid, low/no oxygen, warm, wet environment to grow and reproduce. Removing one of those factors, or cooking at sufficiently high temp for long enough, significantly hampers growth. Check out Botulism for more information.
