Soreness On The Bike?
I'm 27 weeks and have been consistently riding my Peloton/lifting all pregnancy. In the last 2 weeks, though, it's starting to get uncomfortable down in the baby exit area when sitting on the saddle.
Did anyone have this? Is this just normal body changing? Any tips?

I had to switch from dry land machines to swimming and water aerobics, and that made all the difference for the pelvic pain I kept having. I also had horrible pain in my feet and was struggling to get my steps in every day but swimming helped tremendously. Even walking along the bottom of the pool is so much better for me and it takes all the pressure off my boobs and belly.

I got the comfort seat for my peloton around 20 weeks and it helped. I also adjusted the handlebars to max height which helped me sit more upright. These things helped but it's still not the most comfortable way to sit! I also find I have to adjust the seat height up or down a little depending on the day.

Normal body changes plus the extra weight sitting on that area. Get a bike seat cover or switch the seat to something wider!
