Advice Fears of second time flight

hello to whoever this reaches, after looking around for some tips on ways to get over my fear of flying- I decided asking for some additional would help reinforce any positive tips i’ve picked up. I’ve got a one stop flight from portland to nyc coming up soon and have an irrational fear of flying, the main things that i’m fearful of are the takeoff as well as sharp adjustments after take off. I’m not afraid of mechanical sounds like the engines making less noise or landing gear being put away, it’s pretty much only the adjustments as it reminds of rollercoasters. If there’s any tips that can be spared of it, it would be much appreciated.

Best regards!!

Everything the plane does is monitored by 2-3-4 separate computers. The pilots basically only tell the plane, "Please go in this general direction at this angle and speed," and the plane makes all the decisions and does the work on its own. It analyzes every input the pilots make and determines if the command is inside the predetermined performance envelope. If the command goes above that (for example: excessive nose-up), it will simply stay at the designated maximum and not let the nose move up by even one more degree. The same goes for nose-down, roll, speed in certain situations, and so on. The plane knows what it can and cannot do and will stop itself miles before it even comes close to its limits.
