Why are my Fulgora bots exceptionally retarded?

I have two separate bases on different island, very far from each other. A starter one to get basic stuff built near origin, and new more proper one I'm building.

About a 100 bots decided to just fly from one island to another over storms for no reason, and of course they die to the storm. Logistics systems aren't connected in any way.

What the hell could be causing this nonsense? I know bots can fly over sea if your logistics are is weirdly shaped, so I avoided doing it this time, but these are completely 100% separate.

(playing with Enable Planet Mods Lite, but I don't think mods can change bot behavior)

I see no reason why bots would travel from one network to another. Are you absolutely sure the networks are separate? Could you screenshot the separation? Were they logistics or construction bots?

All logistics bots. Some empty, some carrying stuff. Screenshot.

I'm with them as I chased them for the screenshots, they left long before me.

I think /u/Engelberti 's theory that small island ran out of power is correct, as it's definitely struggling for power, but it's all just so damn stupid.

I initially liked Fulgora a lot, but every time I play I run into some new stupid bot behavior that makes me hate that whole damn planet.

I did not know about the out-of-power migration!

Do you absolutely need bots on your small island? If this is just a mining island, you could bring everything to your main big island by train and then use bots there if you want.

Yeah, there's no space for belts, so it's all bot based. The only things it does are building electromagnetic plants, launching rockets, and a really small mall. Everything else is recycled or dumped into way too many storage chests.

I landed on Fulgora to do a small trickle of electromagnetic plants exports for other planets, so it was good enough. The whole island will get shut down eventually, but I'd prefer if I didn't lose all bots before that happens.
