Hey guys, Peter Griffin here to explain the joke, returning for my cake day. So basically, this is used to represent the fitgirl website, which is used for piracy. So, the joke is that PC players don’t complain about the prices of games because they pirate them, and so get them for free. Peter out!

Further detail: it's a screenshot from a movie called Amelie (Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain). That is a scene where she is doing things that bring her joy in a montage - this one is cracking the top of a creme brulee with a spoon.
