Reiki Service Journey to be your best self

I am conducting a group healing and meditation session to improve your relationship with self.
Why Self love ?
We yearn for recognition or love or importance from others, when we feel that we are less, unlovable or have low self-esteem.
Many a times we cling onto our past mistakes or wrong deeds so much that we fail to move on.
These sessions will focussing on:
• Self- improvement
• Letting go of past
• Creating new Self image
• Becoming your favourite person
