After Blitz is called, moving blitz cards to empy post piles

The rules state that when "Blitz" is called, the round ends and all players must stop. If a player has empty post piles when blitz is called, should they be allowed to move cards from their blitz stack to them before points are counted? We let is slide to be nice

When my family plays we allow it but the rules don’t specifically say you can and when I play on the official app it counts all the cards in your blitz pile even if there was an empty post pile
