Have one before rallied (only works on certain rally points. Not flags) has to be the group rally that a teammate can proc because it's granting energy on a time limit not on a charge cap so it charged the 2 other supers after each was cast there is still a cast time probably to limit/prevent this as you can see cast time more noteably on the last cast

Even not having a full one pre rally can result in almost 3 casts it's just a slimmer window. Between the cast time and the charge granted.

I was so glad to be able to use it on other classes. I did not like the "warlock" specific sword. The titan and hunter got such cooler options

If I hadn't of shot the second one it probably would have hit some ads but ya. They were all useless it was more done to show it could be done almost any encounter with a cabal works because of how it rallys but the rally still needs to be there. I explained the how in a other comment.
