Obviously insane but mainly because it’s a 0 mana repeatable black lotus. You don’t really play this and not just end the game especially because an enemy can instant speed remove or proliferate this and cause you to lose immediately on future turns.
But yeah, 0 mana, repeatable black lotus with extra enchantment count synergy is busted as all get out, especially in combination with lotus or similar. With enough free mana turn 1,2 wins become more and more possible
