Who has at least 5 years of tech experience and yet has been struggling to find a tech job(or any job)

How do you deal with rejection after rejection ...knowing that you know the tech that is required for the job?

I wouldn’t focus at all on that last part. Whoever got the job probably also knows the tech.

This. "knowing all the tech required" was never been what jobs are gated on. Focus on the hiring process, find your faults, and improve.

Don't view the rejection as a reflection of your actual abilities and more about the impression you left. One is easier to improve on than the other.
