Thanks for sharing this. I've been curious how the Cowboy Bebop deckbuilder actually plays compared to other anime-themed deckbuilders, so hearing it doesn't disappoint is a good sign. Looking forward to checking out the interview.

Yeah! It is super fun to play honestly. Plus he mentioned that there is an expansion coming soon as well.

Appreciate the overview. There aren't many impressions out there for this one yet, so it's helpful to hear from someone who's played it. Would love to know how it compares to other deckbuilders in terms of replayability.

I played a lot of deck builders and this one is really fun. My play group is all about Legendary and Clank and this one holds up for sure

Glad to hear it holds up as a deckbuilder. I'm curious how much of the Cowboy Bebop theme actually comes through during gameplay versus it being mostly deckbuilding mechanics with a Bebop skin.

The biggest thing is the feel for bounty hunting while regulating your supplies. It’s also really cool to have the team up cards

The game Cowboy Bebop Space Serenade was released in 2019. I've played it a few times and it's really fun. I think you can still get it from amazon or some other places. https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/283642/cowboy-bebop-space-serenade

He mentioned it being a best seller and a re-release. He also mentioned that a new expansion should be coming out within the next year.

Nice get. There aren't many impressions of this game out there yet, so hearing from the deckbuilder behind it is actually pretty interesting. Curious how much of the Cowboy Bebop theme comes through during gameplay versus feeling like a generic deckbuilder.
