CS 1.6 Cs 1.5

Are cs 1.5 servers still up? If so how do I play? If not is there a cs 1.6 mod where I can make it look like cs 1.5?

1.6 is the Steam Version.

1.5 is the half life mod. i dont really remember how to install 1.5 anymore. especially in 2026.

but back then you needed like the 1.0 version of half life and then install the cs mod.

Counter strike 1.0 had it's own CD box you'd have to buy from stores. Pre-2000, you had to have the half-life game and download the beta mod.

you could still install the mod versions of 1.0-1.5

then steam came out and everyone was forced to migrate for 1.6
