Rules & Mechanics Free actions
What are the limits to free actions?
For example the Radiant ability to Recover with investiture is a free actions. So are they able to use Recover as any times as they want in a turn?
Seems really unbalanced, so I think I’m misinterpreting

Even free action can be used only once each turn
