I will note that sometimes it's not plastic flowers, but Strawflowers. It's far from better, but at least it gives me some respite knowing that if someone buys the strawflower ones, it's at least a dried flower and not plastic...

I haven't seen the strawflowers being used in years. Just ugly plastic lumps.
