Seems we have let go a few injury prone players in Demps and JOT. CBT was great but injuries .Never saw the supposed class of Forss except scoring 2 in 1 game? Injury prone . Burstow might be worth a look . ACD must be a discussion .
Otherwise they have been planning for this for a while and know we need a step up in class in most positions . Probably a decent keeper for starters

I would imagine they had 2 lists in place well ahead of time. 1 for Championship football, one for League 1.
Sad to see those players leave, all have been brilliant for us, but we can't afford to be sentimental if we want to stay up next season. We've gotten used to wining most weeks for most of the last 6 years, thats very unlikely to be the case next season unless we put money in. Even if we do, I don't see us at the top end for a while (hopefully one day). Obviously I don't want to see us back in the financial position we were before the takeover, but getting out of this division the correct way is very difficult without spending at least something.
Get Amario, Kenny and Cissoko back in some form. I would love a fit CBT. He's easily good enough for this level, but he's made of paper unfortunately.
I think having gone up we have a decent shout on ACD assuming they want to loan him again and maybe Kenny. Cissoko came good at the end of the season, we might be able to get him as well.
The back line needs some attention despite actually having a decent record last season. Jack Bonham has shown hes a brilliant shot stopper for the most part and is good at getting attacks going quickly. He is suspect at times with coming for high balls into the box though.
Either way, it's very likely to be very tough next season. Hopefully we stick with it and keep building. Shazza and all have shown they aren't the panic firing sort of owners. If they were then Evatt wouldn't have made it to Christmas in his first season, and look how that turned out.
Looking forward to what the next few weeks will bring and the season ahead.

So... Content with this overall. Thought both Osei-Tutu and Cissoko were much better in the second half of the season, but don't know what options are being considered instead.
Kenny a must for me, as he fit the setup really well and is a different style to Dalby.
Cozier-Duberry and Blackett-Taylor back on loan for a second season? Hopefully, but critical positions for our setup if not.
New defence is needed, and I look forward to seeing who we buy. Loans will also be exciting; we have a good track record and are now in a higher league. However, don't expect loans until later in the window and therefore need a skeleton of a team at Championship standard purchased.
I think midfield is relatively solid; room for improvement, particularly in muscle, but the least important quadrant to develop from what we have right now.
