Recommendation Oddly Specific Recommendation

Hi, I was wondering if there are any manga, manhwas, novels, or shows that have the premise of the MC being in a dating game, where they or another character realizes that they're in an otome game?

It's a bit specific, but I'm just curious, and I would love to read something like that. Preferably without a bad ending, if that's possible. I saw a story idea with that exact premise, but it's a hetero relationship. There's a manga called A Man Who Defies the World of BL, but the main character is straight, so that doesn't fit the bill I want.

Are there any stories like that?
