Romance Looking for mature, realistic romance books
Hi everyone!
I’m looking for romance books that feel mature, grounded, and realistic—stories that could actually happen in real life. I’m less interested in over-the-top drama, billionaires, mafia romances, or extremely unrealistic situations, and more interested in believable characters, genuine emotional growth, and relationships that feel authentic.
One book I absolutely loved was If It Makes You Happy by Julie Olivia. The small-town setting, emotional depth, and the way the relationship developed felt very natural and real to me.
What books immediately come to mind?
Thanks! ❤️
