Book suggestions?:)

hi everyone! I have started reading again and I have come to the realization that ”stories“ book just aren’t for me, I get bored and don’t pay attention. I bought let them by Mel Robbin’s and I loveee it, so much so that I look forward to my reading time. any suggestions for books where I can learn something/has less story time? (I apologize if I’m not using the best choice of words lol)
