Something new

Hi everyone! I’m a web designer and developer looking to build a new website or app that genuinely helps people and solves a real-world problem.
However, I’m currently stuck on finding the right idea. Do you have any ideas for an app, website, or tool that doesn't really exist yet, but would be an absolute lifesaver for many people? What daily frustrations do you experience that desperately need a good digital solution? I'd love to hear your thoughts!"

Maybe a dificould one for paperwork, but an app for cheaper parking? If you go to a city, and all parkings are full, and you need a place for your car, you go to peoples private parking space who rent it out for an strickt agreed upon timetable.

Maybe 1/5th cheaper than the local rate per hour can be enough. You devide the cost (taxes, profit for placeholder, miscelaneous cost (it can go to you, extra taxes, or your costumer), your profit, and 1/5th cheaper), but a fine if you step outside the agreed upon timetable.

The people who rent out their private parking space are people who go to their work with their car, and then have a open parking space what just sitting there. It can give a little bit of help with the rent or payment of your house or garage, but it can not be a profit structure for big corporations.

The only downside is the diverse financial and tax systems between citys, even within countrys. But i know there are places who sold their parking rights to big corps, and your selling point can be "from the people, to the people", or something.

You can play with the formulas, like only fixed people can come (you go to work, the other takes your place to go to their work, or tourists who need a relative cheap place for the week to leave their cars safe, or...?), maybe open to anyone for extra profit?

In the end it will be an immosite, but only for parking...

Sorry for bad English....

The popularity of rage rooms gave me an idea.

People who renovate their house can sell their demolition to people who find the rage room to expensive. For that reason it can not be an big profit sceme.

A bathroom, your old windows, your front door (for the breakin expirience), your ugly kitchen you can not sell, and so on, but you need a logo costumers can print out, so people would see it is not an actual break-in, but it gives a lot of advertising, becouse people will talk about it.

Rules need to be invented out of thin air, you need to have a system to give people their protectional gear, and so on. I think you provide a template for rules, a taxbuffer (local rules), a price direction, but more so, you are actual a protective gear seller, and a seller of incurance, becouse the big cost will be the latter.

Incurance is key.
