Didn’t charge correctly, we don’t offer piña coladas because we don’t have a blender (I know we could do rocks but I know it would get sent back for not being frozen) and also the guest asked for an amaretto sour (something we can do) and the server said we didn’t offer that

Bruh lol I work with a bunch of really young seasonal servers in the summer and I am constantly getting nonsense like this… I also work in WI where there are literally no rules regarding cocktail culture so anytime I get a ticket for something unhinged like a Tito’s old fashioned I have to go to the customer to see if the server fucked up or if they just want some concoction they made up…

The Margarita is a Daisy with tequila (pretty much). Sub Cognac for tequila. Margarita means daisy in Spanish.

As a former restaurant service bartender, Henny Piña Colada is actually pretty good. A bourbon one sounds kinda gross though.
