Outdoors Can you get from Saguaro Lake to Canyon Lake on boat?

Might seem like a dumb question because the map shows that the two connect but I just wanted to make super sure before I paddled out there

Nope, there are dams between each of the lakes on the Salt River that provide hydroelectricity to the Phoenix area

you can , but you're gonna need to pull the boat out of the water, and drag it up and down the side of a Rocky ass, cactus filled mountain for half a mile.

Maybe in the desert when the lakes are technically reservoirs, but that doesn't hold true everywhere else. Example: the Great Lakes.

only if you put wings & jet motor on your boat to get over the dam, and a parachute for the fall. allot less trouble to just trailer the boat & drive...
