Autographs Applications as a minor

Hi! I want to sign up for a chance for an autograph from Mika Pikazo and was wondering how I would do that as a minor cuz im kind of confused right now.

It seems like whoever bought you your ticket will have to fill out the form for you AND be physically present with you. Make sure they have their Leap/Showclix badge confirmation numbers when filling out the form.

There's two parts in the form that they will notify the AX crew about a minor entering for the lottery.

1st one is this part:

Name of Minor (age 14-17) who I am representing as the participant. Type "N/A" if not applicable. *

2nd part is this waiver:

Guests Autographs - Minor Participant Waiver * I understand that,

if I am representing a minor (age 13 or under), I MUST: 1) be listed on the order with their Child credential and my attendance is required at the autograph session with them; 2) have a valid anime expo chibi credential; and 3) have a government-issued photo ID to present at the door during check-in.

If I am representing a minor (age 14-17), the minor's name must be assigned as a ticket holder for their credential. If the minor does NOT have a valid government-issued photo ID to present at the door, then I MUST: a) accompany them during the autograph session; b) be listed on the order with their Weekend credential; and c) have a government-issued photo ID to present at the door during check-in.
