Event - Upcoming Help with Autograph Decisions

So I’m hoping someone can help me out here. I’m brand new to the world of anime and am going to my first convention this Sunday! I was going to go to the San Antonio convention and get my Chase Toji (Nicolas Roye/JJK) Funko signed along with this Daki (Erica Lindbeck/demon slayer) custom painted Funko I have.

I just found out that there is another convention this weekend even closer to me in Houston and Stephen Fu (Doma from Demon Slayer) is going to be there, and Doma is my favorite character from Demon Slayer which I also have a Funko of 😭 I can’t afford to go get all three of these signed, especially if I’m having to buy another ticket to the convention in Houston.

So my question is will I have a better chance of seeing Stephen Fu at a convention again soon, or Erica Lindbeck? Ideally I’d like to keep going to conventions as much as I can, but I know some of the VA’s don’t travel as much so I’m not sure who out of these three I might have a hard time meeting again in person soon.

Any helpful advice is welcome! Like I said, I’m old (M28) and brand new to anime and conventions, so I might have all this wrong! Thanks in advance!

Hmmm, I'm sure somewhere there's a site that tracks which guests show up at which cons. But just based on gut feeling, I feel like I've seen Erica Lindbeck's name show up quite a lot, so she might be more frequent?

But I'm just basing that on which name seems more familiar to me.

Turns out she’ll be in New Orleans in July, which is a little further than San Antonio from me, but definitely not too far to make a day trip and/or weekend! Thinking I’ll skip the Daki signature and try to meet Erica in July. Then go for the Stephen Fu tomorrow in Houston, since I have to go there anyways to buy my friend a Gojo pop and the only vendor in the city with one will be at the convention. (Was getting gojo pop signed for my buddy’s fiancee in San Antonio Sunday, but the pop she ordered came in today super damaged, so that’s why I have to go get it from Houston now.)
