there's a lot of genres mixing and still not vibing with this series.

I liked Cannon busters, it was multi-genre but the setup made a lot more sense that Yasuke and it didn't take itself seriously at all whereas Yasuke seems to want to be taken serious despite being absurd. Plus the theme tune was awesome. I would have liked a second season.
