I mean Eragon was far from a literary masterwork but even it deserved better than that movie

Eragon was a pretty bad book to begin with. The first one was okay but it got really bad afterwards.

Eragon is the first time I noticed that you don't have to finish what you started. Eragon 2 was the first book I dropped in my whole life. I think I matured that day.

To be fair, the manga is pretty unremarkable outside of the artwork, although it doesn't deserve an adaptation this bad.

If so, only in Japan. So far as I know its never been translated into English officially.

sadly doesn't mean much. The comic and manga market in Germany is really bad and titles get dropped all the time.

I was collecting Comics from rather unknown series a few years back, but almost every Series were dropped. Since I didn't want to restart collecting in English, I just stopped.

We let this run, alright? There. Let it simmer.

Give it two years and punt this project to ufotable (at most) or Orange (at least) so that we can have a competent adaptation (though personally I kinda want to see Arc System Works try their hand at fully-animating this).

Huh. Guess it sounded like that. I seriously think Orange can do a 10,000,000,000% better job, but even that's still gonna leave some out in the cold. Probably should have mentioned Larx instead.
