This is a great post-mahou shoujo world, even as a joke it already make much more sense than the Magical Girl Spec-Ops Asuka we had this year, for example.

I'm really surprised how we actually use and develop the plot among the sketches. And with today episode seems like it will just get better.

I just can't stand the pity moments. I literally dropped a tear when Shamiko eat the food and told Momo it was more edible than what she is used to. Someone please remove the $400 curse! My heart can't take so much.

That explains why she didn't gain notable power or strength when she first got the horns/tail. She actually did, it just brought her up to the level of being about as healthy as a regular person.
