ufotable is one of the few studios who get sound effects right. Very often, other sudios use either random noises which can turn a serious moment into a comical (Berserk's CLANG) one or overly exaggerated ones which distract from the scene. (OPM S2)

Haven't watched Berserk but imo what made the OPM S2 sound effects seem so bad was the lackluster animation which was coupled with them, not the sound effect themselves.
