Anyone else here think they should have just gone ahead and married anyway and reforged the two old kingdoms into a new one?

It can't be just me, these two are too amazing together, the perfect Red and Blue.

There's definitely visual interest in it, but Pride hasn't fallen in love with anyone yet. She's caught off guard and flustered by men showing romantic interest in her, but that's more about her experience and expectations rather than her own attraction. She hasn't shown a romantic interest in anyone, and I'd want her opinions to be involved in who she ends up with.

And I think it's going to be hard for her to even consider that she's allowed to have a happy ending because she's still working under the belief that the real Pride is going to take over at some point and that the game's heroine, her little sister, will be the one who forges the path forward to a happy ending.

She's doing what she thinks is right and good, but she's pretty fatalistic about how her own story is going to end. Kind of kills any chances for romance with all that weighing on her mind.
