Why does she disappear in the OG timeline after Setsu does?

Since Manan inside Kukrushka's body is tied to Setsu's actions, that probably means that when Setsu is erased from Universe A, that all outcomes from their actions are erased.

Meaning Manan in Kukrushka comes about from Setsu's actions. If Setsu gets erased, Manan Kukrushka won't exist (at least according to my reasoning

That was my intial assumption but that doesn't really hold up. Manan is a looper just like Yuri and Setsu, she should be able to exist independent of the two just like how Yuri was able to exist even when Setsu left for a different universe.

She exists but within the universe where Setsu exists, Yuri was living in a universe without Setsu hence no Kukurushka. Yuri exists due to Gnos, regardless of saving Setsu or they not existing at all
