So, post-credit, did Gnos just remove the Silver Key from Yuri or something?

That's also what it feels like but wouldn't that be pretty scummy for the real Yuri ? Our fake Yuri hijacking into the real one, never leaving the body of the real Yuri just sounds like murder with extra step

I mean, Gnos was blowing up multiple universes just to run a social experiment. I don't think they particularly care about real Yuri, but maybe they were nice enough to move them back into their own world, now bug-free.

I think that could be the more accurate take, Yuri's counsciousness being sent back to the universe they come from (but that also begs the question as to why Yuri has clothes on and isn't near the Hoshibune cyberizing equipment when Yuri open their eyes in the post credit scene)
It just feel very unsatisfying and I would have prefered to not have that post credit scene, before that scene in my mind our fake Yuri would have died and that would have been a bittersweet but satisfying ending (at least in my eyes)

Well not really. They are the same person in a way, Gnos just makes Bug Yuri's body once they starts looping. So it would just be their memories overlapping and the same concicousness. That is kinda how the Silver Key works in the first place with the whole hopping timelines' bodies. They merge in a way. It is still satisfying bc our Yuri is still here in a way.

Not really. As Setsu said, they figured everything out. The "bug Yuri" was created by Gnos. The "real Yuri" is always already gone whenever he wakes up during a loop, because the gnosia go after him first. That's why Setsu is correct when they say that Yuri isn't a bug. Yuri didn't replace anyone's consciousness in this timeline; he replaced an already deleted existence.

Well what happens is og Yuri in this timeline get deleted by Gnosia. Setsu takes Yuri in the fridge we see in ep 18 to here so "bug Yuri" goes into that Yuri. Tho like i said, Bug Yuri and og Yuri are the same so they could merge their concicousness as their concicousness is the same and simply have additional memories.
