From the moment Setsu didn't remember the looping I knew that Yuri gave them the silver key. Cool twist.
Also, such a cool show overall. It was sad to see the epilogue text for all of the characters and watch Setsu erase themselves from everyone's memory.
I would love if there really was three more episodes to fill in the blanks and hopefully wrap up Setsu's story. As I saw in the comments, there was the Father's Day troll from the creators, so maybe this is a troll too. I wouldn't mind if it ends here though.
