how did stella knew that was 2 yuri in that world and the world didnt end before setsu leaving??

Even from last episode when Yuri told SQ and Raqio, the universe didn't collapse immediately. Not until the medical pod is opened and observed, maybe using the Schrodinger's Cat thought experiment. OG Yuri is both exist and not exist inside the medical pod.

how is setsu going to another world with original yuri fix anything?
I mean it sure fixes this world where bug yuri can live
But the other world will have problems with 2 setsus and maybe 2 yuris in it??

ok i have another observation , when setsu said there are 2 Yuris , Yuriko seemed to not understand it also she was the one who knew that yuri was a bug

That's also the first time we physically met Yuriko in the timeline with 0 Gnosia.

Based on her story, she learnt about Yuri in a timeline which OG Yuri is eliminated, which never happened in the timeline with 0 Gnosia.

The Silver Key only transfer consciousness, Setsu already always has a body, Gnos wouldn't make Setsu a Bug. If original Yuri is already killed in all world lines then this original Yuri can replace the original Yuri, and if the Silver Key wouldn't jump to that world line then Gnos wouldn't create a Bug. So there are no other problems.
