I feel like the plot was kind of rushed here? I was expecting Liu-An to be a much more important element, but all the buildup was just to have Yuri give Setsu the Silver Key? Who then just absconds with the real Yuri?

If I know my visual novel tropes, this is the "normal" ending, and we'll see the "true" ending in the last three episodes. Kukrushka still has a lot of unknowns about her; she'll probably be an important element.

Yuri doesn't have the key anymore, so no more loops for him. Will we focus on Setsu's loops now?

Well it isn't really rushed bc the purpose is Liu-An attack is start of Day 0 so Yuri can prepare (previously it is too close). We already have the satisfying overall plot thread between Yuri and Setsu.
