I wouldn't go that far. Yukarisu got one hit KO'd by Tojima after all and she's supposed to be a literal superhuman. I have a theory tho...
I think the the creator, Yokusaru Shibata, really wanted to make Yuriko Wants to Be a Kamen Rider. If you know his work, Air Master, it makes perfect sense: the MC is a super-athletic young woman with an unassuming HS gymnast background who gets into elite underground street fighting and excels. She is tall, muscular, and knows lots of grappling and aerial attacks. Yuriko has an unassuming HS teacher background, has a similar body physique and her fighting style is practically identical with the use of grappling, throws, kicks and aerial attacks.
The problem is Shibata is working with someone else's IP: Toie and Ishimori Productions. Did they obligate him to make the MC a man AND age him up to appeal to older Kamen Rider fans? Maybe. If so, he got stuck with this unwanted character and thus has the younger female characters (his preference) disrespecting him, punching him on a whim, calling him a geezer, old fart, etc. With that possible context in mind, the Tackle reveal at the end of episode 1 and continuing in episode 2 can be interpreted as the creator sounding off through Yuriko: "It should have been Yuriko, that guy in a cheap mask is a fraud forced into the spotlight, Yuriko with the full outfit and training is the intended real MC."
