That was brutal.

All the blood, all the close-ups of the impacts, all the damage they were clearly doing to their bodies...and that final finisher from Yuriko literally kneeing him straight through the ground.

This show is so hardcore in the best way possible.

Every man dreams of having a woman drive them through the bed(rock)!…

Blood pouring out of Tojima's mask like the tears were in the first few episodes. The glancing blows and blocks still conveying unworldly strength by how Yuriko's body reacted. S+

And even then she only won because she managed to remove his mask, otherwise he would have stood up!

My eyes were wide open many times at how brutal it was.

They used rocket sound effects to convey the sheer strength of Tojima's blows. Dude is not human, holy shit.

I'm pretty sure that the tree he's been punching for decades was a sacred tree, and he took the Lord of the Mountain title from the bear. Tojima is ascending to godhood.

Reminds me of Ippo punching people. Can we get Hajime no Ippo to return with this level of love?

holy shit, Hajime no Ippo is still ongoing? Have we reach 1 chapter per punch yet? or did the author found a new way to drag things out?

Ippo currently isn’t boxing. He’s in his coaching days while slowly healing for a return. We’re focusing on other boxers like Takamura and Volg.

That was a while ago, we’re focusing on Sendo now

Woah, cool and thank you for letting me know that.

Tojima was 100% unconscious for most of that fight, and the only reason he lost is because the mask came off.
