I feel like she's getting saved for the next episode and somehow ends up helping Oguri win, given that they did partner running last episode and is thus kind of the only "ally" in this race + fairly high number of lines recently without any role in the race so far

(I'm a huge City fan and coping, but I will love this anime forever if they do end up doing that)
