I don't think Oguri picked the wrong position, but she fought a bit too much, should have backed up the moment Michelle My Baby bump into her. That probably rough up more stamina than intended. Rough play is pretty legal huh, I mean I have seen those clips of Gentildonna just squeeze through 2 horses like she owned the place(she probably does).

Obey Your Master came in like those Wall Titan in AoT, about to unleash and walk all over the world.

Gold City is actually so beautiful in this adaptation.

Clip of some US race called Preakness Stakes (Peakness? As in Cap?) popped up in my recommendations earlier this year, and it exactly shows what this episode was describing, just even better.

We have TM Opera O slithering through a wall and we have horses like Gentildonna and Journalism who will absolutely body you to make a path forward.

I searched up Moonlight Lunacy's irl races too and the British are even more aggressive

Watched the IRL race, and you can see Tamamo Cross get tossed around like in this ep
